My Why

Growing up, sport was everything to me. Athletics, footy, basketball, swimming, surfing. I loved pushing my physical limits and chasing competition wherever I could find it.

But by 15, after two knee reconstructions, that path changed. What started as rehab in the gym quickly became something more. I discovered the power of structured training and what consistent effort can do. Not just for your body, but for your confidence and mindset.

Fitness changed the way I approach life. It taught me discipline. It taught me structure. It taught me what happens when you stop negotiating with yourself.

Do I need to be in Melbourne to work with you?+
No. Online coaching is fully remote and works anywhere in the world. Everything is delivered through the coaching app. Several of my clients are interstate or overseas.
How much time do I need to commit each week?+
This depends on your goals, but most online clients train 3–5 times per week for 45–75 minutes per session. We design your program around the time you actually have — not an idealised version of your week.
What if I travel a lot or my schedule changes?+
Program flexibility is built in from Day 1. I'll give you hotel-room alternatives, minimal-equipment options, and modified templates so your training continues regardless of where you are.
What results can I realistically expect?+
Sustainable fat loss is typically 0.5–1kg per week. In 12 weeks, clients who follow the plan consistently lose 6–10kg of fat while maintaining or building muscle. Physique clients typically see visible body composition shifts within 8 weeks.
Do I need a gym membership?+
A gym is ideal and produces faster results, but programs can be adapted for home gym setups if needed. During your onboarding I'll confirm your equipment and build accordingly.
How long are clients typically coached for?+
Most clients see their biggest shifts between months 2 and 6. Many choose to continue beyond that as they push toward new goals. There's no lock-in contract — but the results compound the longer we work together.
What if I've tried coaches before and it didn't work?+
Most coaching failures come from generic programming, poor communication, or a lack of real accountability. Those are the exact three things I've built my business around solving. Tell me what went wrong before — I'll build a plan that accounts for it.
