Growing up, sport was everything to me. Athletics, footy, basketball, swimming, surfing. I loved pushing my physical limits and chasing competition wherever I could find it.
But by 15, after two knee reconstructions, that path changed. What started as rehab in the gym quickly became something more. I discovered the power of structured training and what consistent effort can do. Not just for your body, but for your confidence and mindset.
Fitness changed the way I approach life. It taught me discipline. It taught me structure. It taught me what happens when you stop negotiating with yourself.
Now I see people every day who are capable of far more than they realise. People who want to feel confident in their body again, who want to prove something to themselves.
They don't need another diet or another generic program.
They need structure. They need accountability. They need a system that actually works. That's what I've built this coaching around.
